1. THE NATURE OF PRESIDENCY
In ademocratic state, the president is like a class monitor, his role is to monitor, supervise and advise other government departments like ministries, judiciary, parliament and other parastatals but not to OVERTAKE them
2. THE ROLE OF PRESIDENTIAL ADVISORS AND RDC'S.
The poor governance has killed and over shadowed the paramount role meant to be played by these important wings of governance and hence any leader who has respect for institutionalism can make better use of them

if you all remember very well during the recent controversial constitution amendment, the state machinery preached agosiple of removing the age limit to allow the young generation participate actively in the management of their country. BOBI is above the required age of 18yrs

it's very rare for someone to defy all the odds BOBI WINE met as a child born from the less fortunate part of the country ghetto.. His courage to move steps from being a drug addict to a role model to many young people in the country cannot be taken for granted.
7.HIS MUSIC CAREER :
most people forget that throughout his edutainment life, Bobbi has been a Leader I.e CEO of the famous fire base crew, records and entertainment. It takes a great leader to stay on top in the low regulated,non government supported Music Industry of Uganda both as a crew and person. Bobi also operates a number of successful businesses names withheld.
8. PARLIAMENT CAREER:
